What is licFeatureId?
This object identifies the basic licensed feature type for this entry, using a fixed enumeration such as smon(1), richLayer2(2), routing(3), or serverLoadBalance(4), with values 208 and above reserved for host-based applications. Admins use it to see exactly which optional feature a given license-status row on a module refers to. For example, a licFeatureId of 3 (routing) identifies the row as covering the module's Layer 3 routing license.
