This read-write value sets the number of occurrences of a trap type after which the trap actually gets sent to configured destinations. An admin tunes it to rate-limit noisy or frequently recurring trap conditions, only sending a notification once the event has happened a meaningful number of times. For example, setting this to 5 would mean the device waits until a given trap condition has occurred five times before actually transmitting it, suppressing the first four occurrences.
