Description: The source of the transmit clock.
What is sonetTxClockSource?
Selects the source of this port's transmit clock: rxTiming(1) recovers timing from the received signal, or localTiming(2) (the default) uses the device's own internal clock. An admin sets rxTiming(1) on a port that must slave its timing to an upstream network clock rather than free-running locally.
