What is snPOSInfoSpeed?
Configures the POS line rate: 155000 (OC-3), 622000 (OC-12), or 2488000 (OC-48) kbps, or other. An admin sets this to match the SONET/SDH circuit provisioned by the carrier; a mismatch here typically prevents the link from coming up.
