BBU voltage has transitioned above normal operating limits.

What is bbuVoltageHigh?

This trap notification is sent when the backup battery unit (BBU) voltage in a Flarion cell site equipment rises above safe operating limits, indicating a potential charging system fault. Excessive voltage can damage the battery and other components, so immediate attention is required. A field technician would use this alert to identify when the power conditioning system needs inspection or repair.

Examples

Send this trap to an SNMP manager — replace <manager> with the IP or hostname of your monitoring server (SNMPv2c):

snmptrap -v2c -c public <manager> '' FLARION-TRAP-MIB::bbuVoltageHigh
snmptrap -v2c -c public <manager> '' 1.3.6.1.4.1.8603.10.2.0.15

Listen for incoming traps on the manager host (-f keeps it in the foreground, -Lo prints to stdout — useful for testing):

snmptrapd -f -Lo -c /dev/null authCommunity log public
