What is aclRuleIpPrecedence?
This value is the legacy IP Precedence field (the older 3-bit Type-of-Service priority scheme) an ACL rule matches against. Admins use it on networks still relying on IP Precedence rather than DSCP for QoS marking, to classify traffic by its precedence value in ACL rules. It coexists with the newer DSCP-based match in aclRuleIPDSCP for environments transitioning between the two schemes.
