What is aclRuleAction?

This value specifies what an IPv4 ACL rule does when a packet matches it: permit(1) to allow the traffic through, or deny(2) to drop it. Admins set this per rule when building an access list, for example denying a specific source subnet while permitting everything else. It defaults to deny, so an incompletely configured rule fails closed rather than accidentally allowing traffic.
