This mask value identifies the portion of the aclMacRuleDestMacAddr that is compared against a packet. A non-contiguous mask value is permitted.
What is aclMacRuleDestMacMask?
This value is the mask applied to aclMacRuleDestMacAddr, identifying which bits of the destination MAC address must be compared against incoming packets. Admins can configure a non-contiguous mask, allowing selective matching on specific bit positions of the MAC address rather than only a simple prefix. It has no effect unless paired with a configured destination MAC address.
