What is aclIpv6RuleAction?
This value specifies what an IPv6 ACL rule does when a packet matches it: permit(1) to allow it, or deny(2) to drop it. Admins set this per IPv6 rule, for example denying traffic from a known-bad IPv6 prefix while permitting the rest. It defaults to deny, so an incompletely configured rule fails closed.
