What is aclIfStatus?
This RowStatus value tracks whether an ACL-to-interface-and-direction binding is active, being created, or being removed. An admin sets it to createAndGo(4) to attach an ACL to a specific interface and traffic direction, or to destroy(6) to detach it, with active(1) reported once the binding is live. It governs the lifecycle of one row in the ACL interface-assignment table, not the ACL's rules themselves.
