What is agentDot1xAuthServUserConfigCreate?
Writing a non-empty user name string to this object on an EdgeSwitch device creates a new local 802.1x authentication user account; the object always reads back as an empty string since it functions as a write-triggered action rather than persistent storage. An administrator uses it to provision dot1x users via SNMP without going through the CLI, restricted to alphanumeric characters plus hyphen and underscore. Setting this to "mchen" would create a new local dot1x user account named mchen.
