What is swEquipmentCapacity?
This read-only BITS value reports which optional hardware capabilities the switch chassis supports: fan monitoring, redundant power, temperature detection, stacking, and chassis support. An admin checks this to know in advance which of the equipment MIB's other tables (fan, power, temperature) will actually return data on this model.
