What is dxStatsBusy?
This gauge reports the percentage of the last minute the DSA spent busy processing requests, and per the MIB it requires stats logging or tracing to be enabled. An admin uses this as a utilization metric specific to the DSA's own request processing, to judge whether the directory service is nearing saturation. For example, a sustained busy percentage above 90% would indicate the DSA is close to its processing capacity.
