What is dxMWPendingRemote?
This gauge shows the count of MultiWrite operations that have been sent to the remote DSA but not yet confirmed. An admin uses it to distinguish operations still awaiting remote acknowledgment from those already applied locally, helping pinpoint where replication delay is occurring. For example, a persistently high pending-remote count alongside a low confirmed-local count could indicate the remote DSA is slow to acknowledge updates.
