Description: Gauge of queued MW operations that have been applied locally.
What is dxMWConfirmedLocal?
This gauge shows the count of queued MultiWrite operations that have already been applied on the local DSA. Comparing this to dxMWPendingRemote lets an admin see how much of a replication backlog is local application lag versus remote-side delay. For example, if confirmed-local stays near zero while the queue length grows, the local DSA itself may be the bottleneck.
