What is swL3IpCtrlLocalProxyArp?
Enables or disables local proxy ARP on this interface, in which the switch answers ARP requests between hosts on the same subnet (unlike ordinary proxy ARP, which spans subnets). An admin enables this to force intra-VLAN traffic between end hosts to pass through the switch, for example to enforce inter-host isolation policy within one subnet.
