Description: The 'priority' of the included RP, for the corresponding Encoded-Group Address (if any). The highest priority is '0' (i.e. the lower the value of the 'Priority' field, the higher the priority). This field is stored at the BSR upon receipt, along with the RP address and corresponding Encoded-Group Address.
What is swL3pimCandidateRPPriority?
The priority (0-255) this Candidate-RP advertises for a given multicast group range; lower numbers mean higher priority, so 0 is the strongest preference to become the active RP for that group.
