What is hcxDownstreamSerialNumber?
This read-only DisplayString (16 bytes), empty if no card is present, reports the serial number of the TX card. An admin records this when tracking a specific physical card for RMA or warranty purposes. For example, an admin records the serial number reported here before shipping a suspected-faulty TX card back for an RMA.
