What is hcxDnstreamUnitPrimServState?
This read-only PrimServiceState value reports the primary service state of the downstream unit (TX card). An admin monitors it as the at-a-glance indicator of whether that TX card is in service or not. For example, an admin sees this state change unexpectedly during a maintenance window and immediately checks whether the change was operator-initiated or a fault.
