What is stuCurrEtherTxUnder?
This Gauge32 counts how many times the Ethernet transmit FIFO underflowed on the ComPort's transmit queue during the current 15-minute period. A rising underflow count suggests the STU's transmit path can't keep the queue fed fast enough, which can point to an internal resource or backplane bottleneck rather than an external cabling issue. For example, if stuCurrEtherTxUnder climbs during a period of unusually heavy upstream traffic, that suggests the STU's transmit buffering is being outpaced rather than a wiring fault.
