Description: contains any MAC Address associated with the alarm. If there is no associated MAC Address then this attribute will be 0.
What is hcxEventLogMacAddr?
This read-only MacAddress records the MAC address of the ComPort cable device tied to the historical event stored in this event log row, or all zeros if none applied. It lets an administrator later identify which subscriber's equipment was implicated in a past incident. For example, a support technician investigating a customer's history of complaints could search the event log for that ComPort's MAC address.
