What is cnt2sctTxMsgBytes?

This Counter32 counts the total number of bytes transmitted in messages on this subchannel. An administrator uses it together with the transmit message count on the same row to estimate the average outbound message size for that subchannel. For example, dividing cnt2sctTxMsgBytes by cnt2sctTxMsgs on the same row gives the admin the average size of messages leaving that particular subchannel.
