What is clabMfgCACert?

This read-only object holds the X.509 DER-encoded Manufacturer CA Certificate, the manufacturer's certificate authority certificate underpinning its device or code-signing PKI. An engineer reads it when auditing the full certificate chain trusted by the device, from the manufacturer CA down to the leaf CVC certificate. For example, an audit tool comparing this stored Manufacturer CA certificate against the manufacturer's officially published CA cert can detect a device that was provisioned with a rogue or outdated CA.
