This read-only Counter64 is the current total number of packets received out of order on this VPath, i.e. reordering detected in the inbound direction from the remote site. An admin uses this to detect path instability affecting traffic coming from a specific site, which can degrade real-time inbound streams even without outright loss. For example, a high receive-direction out-of-order count on a VPath could explain jittery inbound video from that site despite an otherwise low loss rate.
