What is sdWANStatsInternetRuleLastActiveNMinuteAgo?
This TimeTicks value shows how many minutes ago this specific Internet rule was last matched; a 0 with nonzero bytes sent or received means the rule is currently active, while a positive value means its statistics are frozen from that many minutes back. An admin uses it to distinguish a rule that's presently carrying traffic from one that fired once and has gone quiet. For example, a value of 45 next to nonzero historical byte counts tells the admin that particular application hasn't been used at this site for 45 minutes.
