What is sdWANStatsDynamicWANRuleLastActiveNMinuteAgo?
This TimeTicks value shows how many minutes ago this dynamic virtual path rule was last matched; 0 with nonzero bytes sent or received means the rule is presently active, while a positive value means its counters are frozen from that many minutes back. An admin uses it to tell whether a specific application's traffic on this tunnel is currently flowing or has gone idle. For example, a value of 20 next to unchanged byte counts tells the admin that application hasn't used this virtual path for 20 minutes.
