Description: Total count of number of VINES output packets.
What is cvTotalOutputPackets?
This is a router-wide counter of the total VINES protocol packets the router has transmitted out any interface. An admin pairs it with the input packet counter to gauge whether the router is mainly relaying VINES traffic or generating a lot of it itself. For example, output far exceeding input would suggest the router is originating substantial VINES traffic, such as broadcasts or routing updates, rather than just passing packets through.
