What is cvIfCountOutSppMessages?
This per-interface counter tracks VINES SPP, or reliable transport, messages this router sent out that interface. An admin cares because this reflects reliable, connection-oriented VINES application traffic originating from or relayed by this router on that link. For example, a router hosting a VINES application server would show this counter climbing as clients establish reliable sessions with it over that interface.
