What is cvIfCountOutBroadcastsHelpered?
This per-interface counter tracks broadcasts sent out that interface specifically because they were being helpered directly to a VINES server. An admin cares because this is the outbound side of the helper mechanism, confirming broadcasts destined for a specific server are actually being delivered through this interface. For example, an interface facing a WAN link to a remote VINES server would show this counter incrementing whenever client broadcasts are helpered across it.
