Description: VINES protocol output broadcast forwarded from another interface.
What is cvIfCountOutBroadcastsForwarded?
This per-interface counter tracks broadcasts that arrived on a different interface and were sent out that interface. An admin cares because this is the outbound half of broadcast relaying, showing which interface acts as a broadcast distribution point. For example, a heavily used distribution interface with a high value here is clearly relaying broadcasts sourced elsewhere in the network.
