What is cvIfCountOutArpQueryResponses?
This per-interface counter tracks ARP Query Response messages this router sent out that interface, the answers to resolution requests it received. An admin cares because it confirms the router is actively answering resolution requests from hosts on that segment. For example, a host querying for this router's VINES address would receive a response counted here.
