What is cvIfCountInForwardedPackets?
This per-interface counter tracks packets received on that interface and then forwarded out a different one. An admin cares because it shows how much this specific interface contributes to the router's overall VINES forwarding workload. For example, a WAN-facing interface with a high value here confirms it's a major transit path for VINES traffic heading to other segments.
