What is cvIfCountInBroadcastsForwarded?
This per-interface counter tracks broadcast packets received on that interface and forwarded out to other interfaces. An admin cares because it shows how much this specific interface acts as a broadcast source feeding the rest of the router's other interfaces. For example, a LAN interface with a high value here is clearly propagating a lot of local broadcast chatter to the rest of the network.
