What is cvForwNeighborNeighborCount?
This read-only Gauge32 reports the number of neighbors currently listed in the router's VINES neighbor table. An admin watches this count to confirm the router still sees the expected number of adjacent VINES routers, since a drop signals lost adjacencies. A sudden drop in cvForwNeighborNeighborCount would alert the admin that one or more neighboring VINES routers have become unreachable.
