What is cvBasicNextClient?

This read-only VinesHostNumber reports the next VINES client host (subnetwork) number that this router will assign. An admin monitors this to understand VINES address allocation on the router and to anticipate which address the next connecting client will receive. If this value has climbed unexpectedly high, the admin knows a large number of VINES client addresses have already been handed out by this router.
