Description: This variable is used to shutdown the NMS from the manager. The user needs to give the login name and the password.Once,the user gives the loginname and the password,the NMS Server shuts down. SYNTAX: loginName,password
What is webNMSShutdown?
A read-write string used to remotely shut down the NMS server itself: the manager sets it to a login name and password, in the form "loginName,password", and once that value is accepted the server process shuts down. Because it takes credentials as its SET value, it functions as a remote-shutdown command channel rather than an ordinary configuration field.
