Description: This variable indicates when a particular value's time of change is formally acknowleged by the NMS.
What is moDataChangeTime?
This read-only field carries the time at which a change to one of an MO's attribute values was formally acknowledged by the NMS, and it is sent as a varbind in the moAttrChangeNotification trap. It tells the receiving manager when the reported change actually took effect.
