What is proxyMgmtCustom?
This enables or disables a custom tsocks-based proxy configuration for the management-traffic proxy client, as an alternative to the built-in HTTP/HTTPS/SOCKS options in the same proxyMgmt group. An admin would enable this to use a custom tsocks setup instead of the standard proxy types.
