What is proxyFwdNetBoxBlueUrl?
This holds the URL of the NetBoxBlue proxy server that traffic is forwarded to when proxyFwdProxyType is set to netboxblue(2). It plays the same role as proxyFwdBlueCoatUrl but for the NetBoxBlue proxy option instead.
