What is globalIAPRxThreshold?
Sets the receive sensitivity threshold, in dBm (-100 to 0), at which radios treat incoming signals as too weak to prioritize, described in the MIB as the deferred threshold. It works alongside globalIAPTxPwr to shape how large each radio's effective coverage cell is.
