What is fastRoamingLayer?
Controls whether fast roaming only supports clients staying on the same Layer 2 network (layer-2-only) or also supports roaming across Layer 3/routed boundaries (layer-2-and-3). Enabling layer 3 support lets clients roam between arrays on different IP subnets without losing their session.
