What is autoCellEnable?
Turns on automatic cell-size configuration, which lets the array periodically adjust radio transmit power and coverage based on the settings in autoCellOverlap, autoCellPeriod, and autoCellMinTxPwr. Only the enable(1) value is defined, so this object is used to switch the feature on.
