What is acEnetCfgDuplexity?
Specifies the desired duplex mode (full or half) for this Ethernet port, defaulting to full-duplex but allowing manual override for compatibility with older hubs that do not negotiate duplex correctly. The actual running duplex mode is reported in acEnetCfgCurrentDuplexity.
