What is swAclMeterTrtcmPbs?
Sets the peak burst size in kilobytes (1-16384, default 4096) allowing brief excursions above the committed rate but below the peak. Network engineers use this to tolerate short bursts between the committed and peak rates without immediately dropping traffic. A PBS of 2048 KB allows 2 MB of traffic at the peak rate before packets start getting dropped.
