What is swAclMeterTrtcmCbs?
Sets the committed burst size in kilobytes (1-16384, default 4096) allowing brief traffic spikes at the committed rate. Network engineers configure this to absorb short traffic bursts without triggering rate-exceed penalties when overall traffic stays reasonable. A CBS of 2048 KB allows a momentary burst of 2 MB at the committed rate before stricter metering kicks in.
