Specifies the DSCP (Quality of Service priority) value between 0 and 63 to assign to red packets if the violate action is set to replace-dscp in single-rate metering. Network engineers use this to mark extreme overages with the lowest priority so they're dropped immediately when the network becomes congested. Setting this to 0 marks red packets with absolute lowest priority; they'll be the first traffic discarded during network saturation.
