What is swAclMeterSrtcmEbs?
Sets the excess burst size in kilobytes (up to 16384 KB), defining the maximum amount of traffic allowed above the committed rate before packets are marked red. Network engineers tune this to provide additional tolerance for larger traffic bursts while still protecting against extreme overages. Setting it to 512 allows up to 512 KB of extra burst beyond the CBS before packets get dropped or marked red.
