What is swACLPktContRuleVarOffsetRowStatus?
This field tracks the lifecycle state of the ACL rule row (active, inactive, deleted, etc.), following SNMP row management conventions. Administrators use this to create, modify, or remove rules safely—setting it to active commits a rule, while destroy cleanly removes it. When set to createAndGo, the rule is immediately created and activated; setting it to destroy removes the rule from the switch configuration.
