What is swACLIpRulePriority?

This stores the 802.1p priority value (0-7) that matched packets will be retagged with when priority replacement is enabled. Engineers set this to remark traffic priorities, upgrading video streaming to priority 5 or downgrading certain protocols to priority 1 for rate-limiting. A value of 5 would mark packets as high-priority video traffic, ensuring the switch gives them expedited forwarding.
