What is swACLIpRulePermit?

This determines whether matching traffic is permitted (allowed) or denied (dropped) by the ACL rule. Engineers set this to either allow or block traffic that matches all the other rule criteria, forming the fundamental action of the ACL. A value of 1 (permit) means all packets matching the rule criteria will be forwarded; a value of 0 (deny) would drop them.
